2. Hand 2 decides the task and target of the gigs targeted faction.
3. Hand 3 is the environment. Their Hand determines the gigs Global Event.
4. The Turn decides which faction is hiring the crew. If the card is a face card, it is from the side board.
5. The River Decides the target faction. If it is a face card, it is a side board faction.
